Location was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful.

lovely stay and truly appreciated the warm and welcoming service throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, Daisy Jane Cabales at the front desk made us feel right at home. She clearly explained everything about our booking and what was included. Since we arrived early, she suggested we check out Scape Skydeck, the restaurant upstairs, which offered a beautiful view and good food definitely a great way to start our stay. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet at ₱500 per person, but there’s also an à la carte menu available if you prefer lighter or specific dishes. One evening, we ordered a fish dish that came with mushroom soup. I wasn’t fond of the soup and asked for it to be removed staff were happy to accommodate, and the fish turned out even better than expected. Great food and excellent service!Our room was simple but had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and housekeeping kept it fresh daily. One small issue: the bathroom door couldn’t fully close from the outside, so privacy was slightly affected. Not a big problem, but a detail worth fixing.There was a brief power outage one night, but the generator kicked in right away, which was great. The hotel also provides a hot and cold water dispenser, which we found very convenient throughout our stay.The property has a small but really cool pool perfect for a quick dip to cool off after a long day. It’s a great bonus, especially in El Nido’s warm weather.Eric Arieta was fantastic he helped set up the Wi-Fi when we checked in and later assisted in booking a day tour. Ryan Alarba at the front desk also went above and beyond when we needed to exchange money late at night. He even stepped out to check current rates and helped us through the hotel since it was the off-season. Truly exceptional service.The hotel's location is perfect—just a short walk (a skip and a hop!) to the town square, restaurants, shops, and other local attractions. Everything is easily accessible.

We appreciate the staff there especially FJ, Faye, Jade, Arman, Rickyboy, and to those chefs (including the chef who makes us omelette) and lady servers in the buffet balcony plus the room service cleaners and other staff. They are very accommodating and friendly. We appreciate the nearness of the hotel to all amenities, and there is a sumptuous meal every breakfast. The pool is nice even if we only swam once, the room is clean and they provide free water everytime plus new linens, towels, and toiletries. Hallway us clean and air conditioned. They also provided bath towels everytime we swim and go to the beach. Overall, I’ll definitely rebook a stay there soon if we come back in El Nido.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was very nice. Our bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big enough as well. The roof top has a wonderful view The staff was always helpful and very kind The hotel manager was very attentive to our needs, helped us a lot, and made sure we felt comfortable The hotel is located in - what we considered- the best area in town. Close to everything, restaurants, bars, stores, the pier, the beach, tour and excursion agencies, and marts Yes, we would stay there again Thank you, June!

We recently stayed at Cuna Hotel El Nido for two nights and found the location to be one of its best features. It’s just a few steps from El Nido beach and within walking distance to various restaurants and shops, making it convenient for exploring the area. The hotel’s rooftop and swimming pool offered an incredible spot to catch the sunset, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast had a good selection of options, which was a nice way to start our day.
